The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority seeks to contract with individuals or entities to provide monitoring services for the Weatherization Assistance Program

INDIANA – The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority seeks to contract with individuals or entities to provide monitoring services for the Weatherization Assistance Program.

The Weatherization Assistance Program (Wx) provides energy conservation measures to reduce the utility bills of low-income Hoosiers across the state. The program offers clients a permanent solution to reducing their energy bills by making their homes more energy efficient. The United States Department of Energy (DOE) allocates funds to IHCDA for distribution to our network of 19 Local Service Providers to perform weatherization work.

The IHCDA is releasing two Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for monitoring services. One RFP is for Program Monitoring and Programmatic Technical Assistance Services. The other RFP is for Technical Monitoring Services. Individuals or entities may respond to both RFPs.

Click here to access the Request for Proposals (RFP). The deadline for submission for both RFPs is Monday, June 16, at 5:00 p.m. ET.

Responses must be submitted via email. All documents must be submitted as a combined PDF unless otherwise indicated in the RFP to:
