BLOOMINGTON—The Community Foundation Switchyard Plaza Spray Pad will open for the season on Friday, May 24. It will offer a free and fun way for families to beat the summer heat.
The spray pad will operate daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from May 24 through Labor Day. After Labor Day and until Sept. 30, it will transition to a weekend schedule, open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Admission to the spray pad is free. Visitors are advised that hours of operation may change due to weather conditions or maintenance. For the latest updates, the public can call the Splash & Skate Hotline at 812-349-3741.
