BEDFORD—The Bedford Community Band will present its inaugural performance of the year this Monday, May 26th, at 7:00 p.m. at Otis Park. Residents are invited to bring their lawn chairs and enjoy an evening of music to celebrate Memorial Day weekend.
Under the direction of Drew Bailey and Paul Pfeifer, the band comprises approximately 45 talented musicians, representing a wide range of ages and experience levels. The ensemble proudly includes student musicians from local schools, including Bedford North Lawrence High School (BNL), Bedford Middle School (BMS), Mitchell Junior High, and Mitchell High School.
The Bedford Community Band holds rehearsals every Tuesday evening from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the BNL band room. The group welcomes new members who share a passion for music.
This performance offers an excellent opportunity to support local talent and enjoy a festive start to the summer season.
