BEDFORD – Radius Indiana celebrated the opening of its new offices in downtown Bedford with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house on Wednesday. The regional economic development organization purchased the former Times-Mail building at 813 16th Street in 2024 and recently completed interior renovations on the structure’s west side.

Bedford Mayor Sam Craig and Radius Indiana CEO and President Jeff Quyle addressed a crowd of approximately 50 attendees, including city officials and Bedford Chamber of Commerce members.
Quyle emphasized the importance of remaining downtown, noting their previous location on Bedford Square. He highlighted the legacy of the Times-Mail building, which closed in 2023, as a vital community institution that needed to be restored and brought back to life.
The renovated space features a large reception area, conference room, kitchen, new carpeting and flooring, and LED lighting. The building has also received a new roof, HVAC, and electrical upgrades.
The building also offers an additional 17,000 square feet of space suitable for various uses, including warehouse storage, office space, retail, or light manufacturing. Inquiries about the available space can be directed to Jeff Quyle at Radius, 812-277-9778.
