SEYMOUR – The “Wings Over Seymour” fly-in event will take place May 8-11 at the Southern Indiana Flying Eagles RC Field, located on the west side of Freeman Municipal Airport, 1061 North Avenue A, Seymour. The event will feature paramotors, gliders, and RC aircraft.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Jackson County Dog Shelter and the Seymour Humane Society. The event is being held at the same location as the 2024 Seymour Eclipse event.
The Southern Indiana Flying Eagles RC Field is located at Freeman Municipal Airport (SER), a public-use airport owned by the Seymour Airport Authority. The airport was established in 1942 and served as a pilot training facility during World War II.
The event will run from 5 p.m. to dark on May 8-10, and from 10 p.m. to dark on May 11.
