PAOLI—The Paoli Town Council received updates from the police department regarding officer training and community engagement at its meeting on May 6, 2025.
Assistant Chief Chris Cook completed a Defensive Tactics Instructor Course, enabling the department to conduct all mandatory annual training in-house. This eliminates the need for outside instructors, improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
The department highlighted its ongoing community outreach efforts, including participation in the Backpacks of Blessings program on April 15, 2025, and the annual Easter Coloring Contest on April 16, 2025, where winners were announced. Officers also participated in the Psi Iota Xi Easter Egg Hunt on April 19, 2025.
