BEDFORD — Martial artists from across the region will gather at Bedford North Lawrence Field House on Saturday, May 10, for the 2025 “Battle of the Stars” tournament, a multi-discipline competition hosted by Lucas Martial Arts Academy.
Registration for competitors begins at 8 a.m., with the opening events starting at 9:30 a.m. Participants will compete in categories including forms, breaking, weapons, AAU point fighting, and Olympic fighting. The tournament is open to both novice and seasoned martial artists.
The entry fee is $80, which includes one or two events. Each additional event costs $10. Spectator tickets will be available at the door for $10.
The event is organized by Master Greg Lucas, who encourages community participation and support.
Concessions will be provided by the BNL Stars Booster Club, and sponsors include Lowe’s and the D.A.R.E. program.
