INDIANAPOLIS— One of the most anticipated legislative networking events of the year is the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s Chamber Day Reception. The gathering, which connects attendees with policymakers and Statehouse influencers, takes place March 11 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Indiana Roof Ballroom.

New Governor Mike Braun is the featured guest and will discuss his vision for the state and the related proposals he believes will help employers and the workforce prosper.
“The Chamber Day Reception occurs at the midpoint of the Indiana General Assembly, a time when key legislative decisions are being made, and effective business community and constituent involvement can make a real difference,” says Indiana Chamber President and CEO Vanessa Green Sinders. “We urge business leaders to join us and are grateful to have Governor Braun share his outlook and for all the legislators and state officials who will attend.”

The reception culminates the full day of events at the revamped Chamber Day at the Statehouse, a program from the Indiana Chamber and the Indiana Chamber Executives Association presented by Thompson Thrift. Chamber Day at the Statehouse features discussions on key public policy, advocacy, partnerships’ power, legislative leaders’ updates, and a panel of new lawmakers.
At that day’s luncheon, the 2025 Small Business of the Year will be honored; nominations are being accepted through February 25 at www.indianachamber.com/smallbizaward. Secretary of Education Dr. Katie Jenner will be the luncheon speaker.
Registration fees for the reception are $99, including appetizers and an open bar. The cost for Chamber Day at the Statehouse also is $99. Registrants can sign up for both events together for $179; all options are available at www.indianachamber.com/specialevents.
Thompson Thrift is the presenting sponsor of all Chamber Day activities. Eli Lilly and Company is the reception sponsor, with additional Chamber Day diamond sponsors of AT&T Indiana, Charter Spectrum TV/Internet/Voice and Google. Bank of America is the gold sponsor.
