BLOOMINGTON- The R.A.D. course offers a combination of lecture and physical instruction where you will learn a variety of self-defense mechanisms designed to maximize your safety. There are a few spots left for this self-defense course taught by Bloomington Police Department Officers. Please note that you must be able to attend all four sessions in order to participate.
