BLOOMINGTON— Since 1996, Padgett’s Family Farm has been part of the Bloomington Community Farmers’ Market fabric. It is a 23-acre unconventional food farm that raises plants and produces without chemical fertilizers or pesticides.

They practice multi-species rotational grazing with their hens, heritage hogs, and cattle. They produce 100% grass-fed and finished beef, pastured pork, and free-ranging hen eggs. Both hens and pigs are fed local non-GMO grains.

Through the years, with cheerful laughs and warm, engaging smiles, Jeff and Elizabeth Padgett have endeavored to produce safe, high-quality, and nutritious food raised ethically for ourselves and our customers. They are located in Booth #B16 at the Bloomington Community Farmers’ Market at Showers Commons at 401 North Morton Street this Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
