ORLEANS – Some 80 entries participated in last Saturday’s 54th Annual Orleans Dogwood Festival Parade.
Although windy, the weather was warm and dry in “Indiana’s Dogwood Capital.”
A vast crowd of spectators were on hand all along historic Maple Street, perhaps one of the largest crowds in several years.
