National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum unveiled Purdue Boilermakers Basketball Dancing in March Bobblehead.

INDIANA – To celebrate the Purdue Boilermakers run to the Sweet 16, the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum unveiled an officially licensed Purdue Boilermakers Basketball Dancing in March Bobblehead.

On Friday, Purdue will tip off against Gonzaga in the Sweet 16 Men’s Basketball NCAA Tournament. The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum, an official licensee of Purdue, produces the bobbleheads.

  • The bobbleheads, expected to ship in September, are $40 each, plus a flat-rate shipping charge of $8 per order.
  • Each bobblehead will be individually numbered to 2,024.
  • Standing on a basketball court base with Purdue’s school colors, the bobblehead features Purdue’s mascot, Purdue Pete, dancing and wearing a basketball jersey. The backing behind the bobblehead features a basketball texture with “MARCH” across the top, a bracket, and Purdue’s logo.
  • Purdue will play the 5th-seeded Gonzaga Bulldogs in the Sweet 16 on Friday in Detroit, Michigan. The 1st-seeded Boilermakers knocked off 16th-seeded Grambling State in the First Round and 8th-seeded Utah State in the Second Round to keep dancing and advance to the Sweet 16.
  • The Purdue Boilermakers Bobblehead joins over a dozen other schools in the Dancing in March Bobblehead series, including schools that reached the Sweet 16 in the Men’s and Women’s NCAA Tournaments.
