The NEPA/CE Initial Course Training, sponsored by the INDOT Environmental Policy Office, is now live

INDIANA- The NEPA/CE Initial Course Training, sponsored by the INDOT Environmental Policy Office (EPO), is now LIVE.

  • To register for the course(s), please ensure that you have access to SuccessFactors (INDOT employees) or have an account at the INDOT Training Portal. If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to create one. A step guide on the INDOT Training Portal can be found at INDOT’s Training and Certifications
  • If you have any difficulty registering for an account or need technical assistance, please contact INDOT ELearning (ELearning@indot.IN.gov). Be aware that it may take 1-3 business days for an account to be created.
  • The courses to enroll in are as follows:
    • NEPA (Program ID – INDOT_NEPA_00001) – the NEPA Online Course has 12 modules.
    • CE (Program ID – INDOT_CE_00001) – the CE Online Course has 8 modules.
  • This is a reminder that participants should exercise diligence in completing the training in advance of the In-Person portion. The online NEPA course is anticipated to take 12- 30 hours to complete, and the online CE course is anticipated to take 12-20 hours to complete. Thus, in total, participants should allow for 24-60 hours to complete the online courses prior to the In-Person Phase.
  • Also, upon completion of each online course, participants must register for the in-person course for both the NEPA and CE courses; enrollment in the in-person course is not automatic. 
  • Additionally, the online portion of the Initial Training must be completed by 8:00 am on April 22nd as registration for the in-person course will close.
  • The In-Person component of the NEPA/CE training will be IN PERSON at the Indiana Government Center South Building in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana.
  • The NEPA In-Person is currently scheduled for Wednesday, April 24th, from 9 am-5 pm (EST)
  • The CE In-Person is currently scheduled for Thursday, April 25th, from 9 am-5 pm (EST)
