The Women’s Expo sees record-breaking attendance

BEDFORD—The Women’s Expo, hosted by Southern Indiana’s Classic Hits 105.5, 102.5 LiteFm, and 1340 WBIW, was held on Saturday, March 9. It was a positive, uplifting experience, and thousands of attendees enjoyed the day’s offerings.

The line to get into the event stretched on outside in anticipation of the free swag bags and free T-shirts

The first 200 attendees could choose between a free swag bag or an exclusive t-shirt; the supplies barely lasted 15 minutes. The expo had a record-breaking crowd, with enough vendors and entertainment space to fill two gyms at the Boys and Girls Club of Lawrence County. “I got here at 8 a.m.,” said Tammy Todd, the first attendee in line. “It’s not my first (Expo), but it’s my first time to get a swag bag.” Two of the group she was with, Becca Waggoner and Eden Todd, traveled from Seymour for the event.
