Man will spend time in prison for failure to comply with his probation terms

BEDFORD – On Monday, February 12, a Bedford man was sentenced to the Indiana Department of Correction by Lawrence Superior Court II Judge Robert Cline after failing to comply with the terms of his probation.

Christopher K. Fleenor, 45, Bedford, pleaded guilty to two counts of dealing in a narcotic drug, both Level 5 felonies, on December 3, 2018, as a part of a negotiated plea agreement with the state. He was sentenced to three years on each count to run consecutively, with four years and 262 days suspended to be served on supervised probation, in exchange for his guilty plea.

However, Fleenor failed to comply with the terms of his probation and committed a new crime on February 12, 2024.

Judge Cline sentenced Fleenor to serve 1000 days in the Indiana Department of Correction.
