BEDFORD – On Thursday, February 8, Lawrence Superior Court II Judge Robert Cline sentenced a Mitchell man to the Indiana Department of Correction after violating the terms of his probation.
On October 20, 2022, Spencer A. Clark, 38, of Mitchell, pleaded guilty to possession of a narcotic drug, a Level 6 felony. He was sentenced to 910 days in the Indiana Department of Correction, with 878 days suspended. He was placed on probation for 545 days.
After multiple probation violations, a dispositional hearing was held on Thursday. As a result, Judge Cline revoked Edwards’ suspended sentence, sentencing him to 870 days in prison, and terminated his probation as unsuccessful.
