Police identify the man killed and those injured and the suspect in the Washington shooting

WASHINGTON – The Washington Police Department has released additional details in a shooting death late Sunday night in the 1800 block of McCormick Avenue.

Officers were called to the address following a 911 call concerning a disturbance involving a firearm just after 10:50 p.m.

Three individuals in the home were shot.

58-year-old Aracely Torres was pronounced dead at the scene.

57-year-old Concepcion Rodriguez Martinez and 35-year-old Yarely Santiago Torres are hospitalized.

The suspect, identified as 38-year-old Abel Dubon Castillo, is also hospitalized from injuries sustained during the incident.

The investigation continues.
