Back 2 Mac: A Tribute to Fleetwood Mac will perform at Mitchell Opera House on Saturday, February 3

MITCHELL – The Mitchell Opera House will feature Back 2 Mac: A Tribute to Fleetwood Mac will perform on Saturday, February 3, at 7:00 p.m.

Grab your friends because this will be a show you won’t want to miss.

Back 2 Mac A Tribute to Fleetwood Mac features Todd Johnson, Tim Halcomb, Ray Rizzo, Kimmet Cantwell, Bob Ramsey, Danny Flanigan, and Lauren Balthrop.

Back 2 Mac’s 40+ song list spans all the hits of the chart-topping Buckingham/ Nicks/McVie era and also features early classics like Peter Green’s “Black Magic Woman” and Bob Welsh’s “Sentimental Lady”. Lush vocal harmonies and an easy-going playfulness with the audience distinguish Back 2 Mac performances from those of other tributes.

In late 2022 and early 2023, the band completed a 12-city run of shows that often incorporated guest singers in each city joining the band to perform songs from McVie’s extraordinary musical life, from her early London days in Chicken Shack and Christine Perfect to her last recorded song with Fleetwood Mac.

Members of Back 2 Mac have played and recorded with Leon Russell, Bob Weir, The Impressions, Days Of The New, Josh Ritter, Anais Mitchell, and Kevin Morby. They pool their experiences into electrifying performances of Fleetwood Mac music, playing city-sponsored events and venues, including City Winery in Nashville, Philly, Chicago, and Boston; Brooklyn Bowl in Brooklyn; Headliners Music Hall in Louisville; the Bluebird in Bloomington, IN, and Stephen Foster Amphitheater in Bardstown KY.

“We’re known not to book many tributes. But when we do, we expect a high level of musicianship and, even more importantly, passion to show through in the performance. Witnessing Back2Mac, the musicianship is obvious and the passion is palpable. Book them one time and you’ll see. And so will your patrons.” – Billy Hardison, NIVA, DTour,

“Back 2 Mac has consistently delivered a high-quality performance with a great turnout in both markets countless times. I wish I could host them every day,” said Mark Evans, Landline Presents
