BEDFORD- Becca Epping, a senior at Bedford North Lawrence High School, has been named the January 2024 Genius Jock presented by Pritchett Brothers.
Becca is the daughter of Melissa Epping.
Becca has maintained an impressive 4.03 GPA while playing tennis for four years, being a member of the Marching Band for five years, and playing in the pep band.
She is a member of the Beta Club, National Honor Society, Student Athlete Leadership Team, and the History Club.
On top of her studies and extracurricular activities, Becca still finds time to volunteer at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, on the athletic clean-up crew, and as a concession worker for the band and athletic events.
Among her achievements, Becca has won the Scholar-Athlete Award, HHC honorable mention for singles tennis in 2022 and 2023, and won the Directors Award for concert band.
Becca has committed to playing tennis at Alfred University in New York and will major in Art and Design with a minor in History.
