INDIANAPOLIS – I-69 Finish Line crews expect to implement overnight lane and ramp closures on I-465 on the evening of Thursday, Dec. 21. Lane closures are expected to take place on east and westbound I-465 between Mann Road and U.S. 31 on Indianapolis’ southwest side from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
The on-ramps from Harding Street to east and westbound I-465 will also be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. These closures are necessary to shift traffic to new pavement.
Bluff Road Closures
Nightly closures of Bluff Road began on Monday, Dec. 18, to demolish the I-465 overpass between Thompson Road and Hanna Avenue. Overnight closures (8 p.m. to 5 a.m.) will continue through Thursday, Dec. 21. Local access on Bluff Road will be maintained through the holidays. Closures are scheduled to resume on Tuesday, Jan. 2.
