BEDFORD – Lawrence Superior Court II Judge Robert Cline sentenced a Mitchell man to 2,779 days in the Indiana Department of Correction after he violated the terms and committed new crimes while on probation.
Jeremiah Goen, 26, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony, as a part of a negotiated plea agreement.
The plea agreement was negotiated by a Lawrence County Deputy Prosecutor in June of 2022 and outlined that Goen would execute 910 days in the Indiana Department of Corrections with time served time, and 365 days of supervised probation.
After committing probation violations and new crimes while on probation, Judge Cline sentenced him to serve 2,779 days in the Indiana Department of Corrections.
