Bedford woman sentenced to serve 650 days in prison

BEDFORD – Lawrence Superior Court II Judge Robert Cline sentenced a Bedford woman to 650 days in the Indiana Department of Correction after violating the terms of her probation.

Stephanie Webb, 34, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony, as a part of a negotiated plea agreement with the State of Indiana.

The plea agreement, negotiated by a Lawrence County Deputy Prosecutor in January 2023, outlined that Webb would execute 730 days in the Indiana Department of Corrections with time served time, and 545 days of supervised probation.

After failing consecutive drug screens since the time of sentencing, Webb was sentenced by Judge Cline to serve 650 days of her sentence in the Indiana Department of Corrections.
