INDIANA – The State of Indiana’s Energy Assistance Program (EAP) provides a one-time annual benefit to assist with home energy costs.
These benefits are paid directly to the utility vendor, but if your utilities are included in rent, you may still qualify for EAP.
Applicants can apply online here, by mail, in person, or by calling 211. Contact your Local Service Provider (LSP) to apply in person or to request a paper application. Click here to find your LSP via our interactive map.
