SWITZ CITY – On Sunday, November 26, at approximately 8:30 p.m. Greene County Sheriff’s Department deputies responded to Open Arms in Bloomfield to locate a missing runaway female juvenile, 15-year-old Lillian Waters.
Open Arms Christian Ministries, located in Greene County near Switz City, provides homes and education to those who need hope in a desperate time in their lives.
Lillian was last seen wearing black pants, a dark-colored t-shirt, and cream colored Hey Dudes footwear and was carrying a gray blanket and a flashlight.
Lillian is approximately 5’03” with long brown hair and blue eyes. She has a heart tattoo on her left hand. It is unknown if Lillian left on foot or by vehicle. Lillian does not have access to her phone and may require medical assistance if located.
