But Spray was uncooperative and would not answer the dispatcher’s questions.

Police noted in the report that earlier in the day deputies had responded to the apartments in Oolitic and dealt with Spray and her neighbors. The caller had reported Spray was outside the apartment complex screaming and being a nuisance.

Officers responded to the apartments and spoke to Spray and her boyfriend who were both outside of the apartment complex.

The officers viewed a video that showed Spray in a confrontation with another female who had allegedly threatened her. The woman had threatened Spray because she was taking photos of the woman’s vehicle.

Officers then spoke to others involved including the apartment manager and owner of the apartment complex.

Police noted that they had responded to the apartments due to Spray’s conduct seven times since October 1.

While speaking to officers Spray continued to be disorderly and was warned several times to stop.

The manager and owner of the apartments requested that Spray’s boyfriend be issued a no-trespass order to keep him from being on the property due to the ongoing issues. He was issued the order and left the property.

Spray continued to be argumentative at those involved and again was told to stop and go back into the apartment. She was asked to forward the video to the officer of the confrontation with the other woman.

Officers then left the scene, but two stayed in the area to see if Spray would stay inside the apartment. Spray continued to scream from inside the apartment and began playing loud music. The music was so loud it could be heard outside of the apartment complex.

On a few occasions, Spray exited the apartment laughed sporadically, and yelled. She also called the neighbor names and laughed hysterically.

Officers approached Spray and she was detained on charges of public intoxication, and disorderly conduct. As officers attempted to detain Spray she resisted the officers. She then abruptly fell to the ground crying and yelling claiming her arm was broken and requested medical attention. She continued to be belligerent with medical staff and was uncooperative.
She was transported to IU Health and once medically cleared was arrested on a new charge of resisting arrest.
