BEDFORD – Bedford Fire Department firefighters battled a massive blaze at 625 25th Street on Friday, November 10. The State Fire Marshal is on the scene this morning investigating what ignited the blaze.
Due to the investigation, not much information can be released this morning, according to Chief Luke Pinnick.
“He is there now and we will wait for his full report which we should have quickly and we will then be able to release more information,” Chief Pinnick added.
The fire was reported at 2:00 p.m.
Firefighters from all three departments and off-duty personnel were called in to help battle the blaze.
The blaze damaged a garage, and several outbuildings and spread into the woods.
Firefighters remained on the scene until after 5 p.m. extinguishing hot spots.
