Noah Goeppner says he was 15 yards away when he was able to hit a white buck.

Goeppner first spotted the deer in 2021 and has been watching him on trail cameras. Then on Sunday, he was able to harvest his prize.

It was his first whitetail buck with a bow.

After hitting his arrow his black lab Nelli helped him track the deer.

Albinism is a congenital condition defined by the absence of pigment, resulting in an all-white appearance and pink eyes. Albinism is much rarer and may only be observed in one in 30,000 deer.

Piebald deer are much more common with some studies showing the trait may show up in one in 1,000 deer.
