JASPER – Jasper Police arrested a 66-year-old Jasper man Monday on child molestation charges.
According to police Earl Branham Jr., had sexual contact with a female under the age of 14.
The arrest followed an investigation initiated on October 20, 2023, by the Jasper Police Department in response to allegations of child molestation.
Detectives from the Jasper Police Department conducted an interview with Mr. Branham Jr., leading to his subsequent arrest.
He now faces multiple felony charges including attempted child molesting, child molesting, neglect of a dependent, and exhibiting an obscene performance.
He is being held in the Dubois County Security Center.
