LAWRENCE CO. – Last night, October 24, Judge Nikirk requested $2,000 in additional funds to support the postage costs for the courts at the 6:30 p.m. County Council Meeting.
The Courts budgeted $5,000 for 2023, but costs for postage are up from last year. The courts are already currently over the budget allotted.
The council approved the additional funding unanimously.
