LAWRENCE CO. – Last week, Springville Community Academy and the Lawrence County Independent School held food drives for Bertha’s mission.
Together, they amassed loads of canned goods and food that will go to assist Bertha’s mission as they strive to aid the hungry in our community.
Bertha’s Mission is a non-profit located in Bedford dedicated to feeding those who need it at no cost to them. As food prices rise and many struggle to find the money to feed their families, Bertha’s Mission is doing their best to make sure no one goes hungry.
