BEDFORD – Jaymee Reed, a senior at Bedford North Lawrence was named the Genius Jock for the month of September, presented by the Pritchett Brothers.
Son of Jim Reed and Nikki Wright, Jaymee has been involved in Cross Country and Track for a year each, Marching Band for five years, and Indoor Percussion for another five years.
While maintaining a 3.93 GPA, Jaymee also volunteered for Marching Band and Between the Crowd and has earned the Directors Award for Band, Academic All-State Track, and Academic All-State Cross Country.
Jaymee is a member of the Euchre Club and Between the Crowd, and after graduation plans to pursue a career in the Air Force.
