Because You Matter: Free Online Professional Help

INDIANA – Do you want to take care of your mental health and feel better? You can talk with a professional for free! You just need a device with a camera and a place where you can talk privately. You can do this from home or at your local library. 

This service is open to adults 18 years of age and older. Indiana University School of Social Work students will host telehealth appointments under the supervision of licensed social workers.
