BEDFORD – The Limestone Capital Half Marathon brought to you by McIntyre Brothers is this Saturday, and if you haven’t already, now is your chance to register and brush up on your running. If you’ve done that, take time to familiarize yourself with the course just in case!
The course is 13.1 miles long, and runs through Bedford, beginning and ending in front of the Milwaukee Depot on the corner of 14th and J Street in Bedford.

- Make sure you have running shoes that fit
- Wear comfortable, cool clothes
- Remember to stretch, warm up, and cool down to mitigate the risk of injury
