BEDFORD – Tuesday night the Lawrence County Council approved a $54,983,97 transfer, requested by Paula Edwards. These funds will be used to purchase COVID vaccinations that are aimed at the latest mutations and strains of the virus.
Since the vaccinations are no longer offered for free, they are instead funded by the state of Indiana. Much like other more cursory vaccinations, these vaccinations will need to be paid for, either by insurance or healthcare providers, or the patient themselves.
