Gasoline prices fall 7.3 cents a gallon in Indiana

INDIANA – Average gasoline prices in Indiana have fallen 7.3 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.63 a gallon today, according to GasBuddy’s survey of 3,271 stations in Indiana. Prices in Indiana are 25.6 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and stand 3.4 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.

The national average price of diesel has risen 9.9 cents in the last week and stands at $4.53 per gallon.

Gas prices in Lawrence County for regular fuel are $3.29 a gallon and for diesel fuel range from $4.09 a gallon to $4.29 a gallon

According to GasBuddy price reports, the cheapest station in Indiana was priced at $3.27 a gallon yesterday while the most expensive was $4.29 a gallon, a difference of $1.02 a gallon.

The national average price of gasoline has risen 4.6 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.83/g today. The national average is down 1 cent per gallon from a month ago and stands 19.9 cents per gallon higher than a year ago, according to GasBuddy data compiled from more than 11 million weekly price reports covering over 150,000 gas stations across the country.
