INDIANA – In September of 2023, Detectives with the Indiana State Police were contacted by the Perry County Sheriff’s Office and the Indiana Department of Child Services about a possible child molestation. Master Trooper Detective Patrick Stinson began an in-depth investigation. After interviewing Bradley Mitchell of English, investigators requested a search warrant based on information gathered during the investigation. As a result, on Thursday, September 7, 2023, members of the Indiana State Police executed a search warrant at an address in English, Indiana. Perry County Sherriff’s Office assisted Troopers in the search.
As a result of the investigation and subsequent search, Investigators arrested Bradley Mitchell, of English. Bradley Mitchell was transported to the Perry County jail without incident.
Bradley A. Mitchell, 48, English, IN, arrested and charged with one count of:
- Child Molesting with a Child Under 14 Years of Age – Level 1 Felony

All suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
