BEDFORD – Highway Superintendent Brandi Webb reported to the commissioners Tuesday morning that work will begin on Bridge 150 on Tuesday, September 5.
“CSX responded to our request to push forward and CLR will close Mill Creek Road on or after September 5,” said Webb.
The Lawrence County Commissioner approved a contract with CLR for $2.6 million to replace Bridge 150. The county will pay $319,536.10.
Highway crews are cutting brush and mowing.
