The Sheriff’s Department has the right to charge for copies and collect fees from citizens who utilize these services.

The Sheriff’s Department will charge:

  • An administration fee of $15 plus a $1.00 fee per image to any and all entities or individuals seeking copies of photographs.
  • An administration fee of $15 plus a $10 fee per disc of photographs.
  • An administration fee of $15 plus a fee of $25 per thumb drive to those seeking videos.
  • Those seeking a title check will be charged $5.00.

The money raised from the services will be placed in the Department’s Accident Investigation and Prevention Fund. The money will be used to meet expenditures and costs of accident investigation and prevention.

The Sheriff and the Commissioners can amend or change the fees in the future if necessary.
