MITCHELL – Pick up the “good vibrations” at the Mitchell Opera House with the premiere of Beach Boys
tribute band, Sounds of Summer!
On Saturday, August 12th at 7 p.m. the Sounds of Summer band will perform live at the historic Mitchell Opera House.
The Sounds of Summer band is a talented and energetic tribute band to one of America’s Favorites, The Beach Boys.
Sounds of Summer is a tribute show based out of Southern Indiana that includes over 30 familiar hits and tells the story of America’s band – the Beach Boys. These four incredibly talented guys have known each other since grade school and share a love of 1960s music and Beach Boys’ harmonies.
The band has been playing across the nation since 2015, delivering audiences an authentic look and sound, taking them back to memories of the 1960s. Sounds of Summer has received praise for staying true to the Beach Boys sound and had the privilege of playing a live hour-long special on AXS TV’s “World’s Greatest Tribute Bands” in September 2016.
Doors will open at 6:15 p.m.
Tickets are $25 for adults and $13 for kids 12 years old and under. Tickets can be purchased in advance with cash or check at Ace Hardware in Mitchell or by visiting mitchelloperahouse.com. Tickets will also be available at the ticket booth the night of the event with cash, check, or card.
