MIAMI CO. – Wednesday afternoon, June 14, at approximately 5:42 p.m., Indiana State Police Lt. TJ Zeiser conducted a traffic stop near US 31 and County Road 500 S. in Peru.

While on the traffic stop, Zeiser observed a 1995 Chevrolet traveling in the right (driving) lane at a high-rate speed.
