BEDFORD – StoneGates Arts and Educations Center will host a job fair on May 17 from 2-5 p.m.
The event is conducted and sponsored by StoneGate, WorkOne South Central, Bedford Chamber of Commerce, United Way of South Central Indiana, Lawrence County Economic Growth Council, and Walmart.
There will be a “How to Work a Job Fair” free informational session for jobseekers beginning at 1 p.m. prior to the start of the event. There will also be free resume assistance offered, contact Jane Ann Wampler at 812-275-3809 to schedule an appointment.
Jobseekers should bring a resume and be able to complete applications with a possible interview on-site. Web applications can be completed in the building’s computer lab.
