Last week to vote early, Primary Election Day is Tuesday, May 2

BEDFORD – Primary Election Day is Tuesday, May 2.  This is a reminder to Hoosiers, to make sure you have a plan to get out and vote!

In Bedford, voting will continue through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at the voter registration office in Courthouse Plaza. Early voting ends Monday, May 1st at Noon.

Early voting continues on Saturday, April 30 at the Lawrence County Voter Registration Office and the Mitchell Community Center from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. and the Oolitic Volunteer Fire Department from 9 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.

Voters will need to show an Indiana Driver’s License, Indiana I.D. Card, a U.S. Passport, or other photo issued by the State of Indiana or the U.S. Government.

On Tuesday, May 2, polls are open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. local time.
