IU Foundation purchases former Bear’s place, parking lot, and nearby residential property

BLOOMINGTON – Indiana University Foundation purchased the former Bear’s Place, the adjacent parking lot, and a nearby residential property on South Eagleson Street for $3.155 million, according to property transfer records.
