Commissioners grant Limestone Heritage Festival use of the Courthouse square

BEDFORD – Tuesday morning the commissioners approved Charles Edwards’ request to use the courthouse square for the Limestone Heritage Festival.

The festival is scheduled from Friday, June 23 to Saturday, June 24.

The commissioners granted Edwards permission to use the square and J Street from 4 p.m. on Thursday, June 22 until Noon on Sunday, June 25th.

Bedford Revitalization Inc. will use the east side of the courthouse grounds to set up a Kids Corner on Saturday, June 24th. The Farmers Market has agreed to move to the east side of the courthouse on that Saturday morning.

BRI is working with Celebrations of Southern Indiana to provide bounce houses and carnival games for children.
