OOLITIC – During Monday’s night’s Oolitic Town Council meeting, members approved requests from the Oolitic VFW post and the Oolitic Volunteer Fire Department to host roadblock fundraiser events in the town.
VFW Post 1686 will hold a roadblock fundraiser on Saturday, May 27. The event serves as the group’s primary annual fundraiser.
The Oolitic Volunteer Fire Department will host their roadblock on Saturday, May 6, which also typically serves as one the groups primary annual fundraisers.
