BEDFORD – The registration deadline is approaching for the spring break Babysitter Training program.

Purdue Extension-Lawrence County invites Lawrence and Orange County youth to join them on March 21-23 (during Spring Break) from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. for the Babysitter Training Spark Club. This training
the program will feature SafeSitter Certification, CPR and first aid knowledge, cooking lessons, and child care.

This opportunity is open to all Lawrence County youth grades 6-8. The cost to participate in this training is $75. You do not already have to be a 4-H member to join. This fee will include daily lunch, a SafeSitter Certification/card, and class materials. Scholarships are available.
