LAWRENCE CO. – Election Day is May 2, 2023. The polls will open at 6 a.m. and close promptly at 6 p.m.
Remember to bring your ID to vote.
You no longer have to vote at your precinct. Lawrence County voters can vote at one of three locations:
- Lawrence County Courthouse
- Parkview Intermediate School
- Mitchell Community Center
Early voting will begin on April 17th. A registered City of Bedford, City of Mitchell, or Town of Oolitic resident can vote at ANY of these centers.

April 17 – April 21: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Saturday, April 22: 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
April 24 – April 28: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Saturday, April 29: 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Monday, May 1: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 (NOON)
