INDIANA – Jae Tolbert, of Mitchell, filed a missing person’s report on November 16, 2022, after her mother Julie A. Tow went missing.
Tow was last seen in October at 3D Auto Center on Troy Avenue in Indianapolis.
Tow suffers from mental illness and sometimes has psychotic episodes, becoming confused and unaware of her whereabouts.
“I am getting more concerned by the day and I can’t stop thinking about it. I’m extremely worried for her and her safety,” Tolbert said.
Tolbert says her mother does not fall under the criteria for a Silver Alert, but a detective with the Indiana Department of Homeland Security is now looking into the case. Indiana State Police are also now looking into her whereabouts after Tow failed to show up for a court date and a warrant was issued for her arrest.
Tolbert is extremely worried about her mother.
Anyone with information about Tow’s whereabouts is asked to contact the police.
