Gwendolyn Sue Horn, 87, of Mitchell, passed away Sunday, January 8, 2023, at U of L Health Louisville Hospital.
Born May 15, 1935, in Mitchell, she was the daughter of Ola Mundy.
Surviving is her children, Vicki (Mike) Zellner of Mitchell, Gary (Delores) Tincher of West Point, Kentucky, and Rhonda Guy of Mitchell; siblings, Sherry Stearns of Mitchell and Linda Terrell of Mitchell; and her beloved cat, Annie.
Her parents and a brother Nicky Mundy preceded her in death.
Cremation has been chosen with a Celebration of Life service at a later date.
