BEDFORD – On Christmas Day at 3:11 p.m., Bedford Police officers responded to 2621 Industrial Park Drive after a report that 35-year-old Christopher Fleetwood would not stop beating on the door of a woman’s apartment.
Bedford Police Officers have responded to this address for the same type of incident approximately 7 times since September 2022.
When police arrived they spoke to a woman who said Fleetwood knocked on her door and then opened it and entered her kitchen. She told police she didn’t invite Fleetwood into her apartment. Fleetwood asked her to check on another female in another apartment and then left.
Fleetwood admitted he did walk into the woman’s apartment uninvited and admitted to knocking on the other woman’s door repeatedly before the officers’ arrival because he was worried about her.
Fleetwood was arrested on charges of residential entry and invasion of privacy for violating the protective order.
